Low impact line dance class designed for Seniors.

Join Melissa for a fun, low-impact line dancing class designed for all seniors! This is the perfect class to stay active, sharpen your memory, and socialize.

  • What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes (shoes with good support are recommended!) and don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • What we do: We will review the beginner line dances learned in previous weeks to build your confidence. Each week, Melissa will introduce a brand new line dance so you can keep learning and challenging yourself.
  • Who can join: This class is open to seniors living in any city or town. New dancers are welcome to join every week — no experience is needed!
