I’ve put this list together just in case you’re in the area and looking for a great place to dance. Just a quick heads-up: unless otherwise noted, the events listed here are not officially affiliated with Get in Line RI or Get in Line MA.

Because venue schedules can change faster than I can update this page, please reach out to the location or instructor directly to confirm their classes before you head out.

Sunday

Shirley, MA

Summer Event Prep Workshop & Open Dance. Gear up for upcoming events like the New England Line Dance Showstopper and New York State of Line with a monthly summer prep workshop and open dance party! From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, intermediate dancers will master popular event routines to build confidence, followed by an all-request, all-levels open dance from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Taunton, MA

Join the Silver City Dancers from 2-6PM at the PACC (Portuguese-American Civic Club) in Taunton, MA on Sundays for their monthly dance. This all-request line and partner dance offers a great mix of classic and new country and progressive line dances. No outside beverages please! You can purchase your drinks at the Post’s full bar and feel free to bring your own snacks for your table. Admission is $10.00.

Monday

East Bridgewater, MA

Instructor: Steve Cavanaugh with L&S Dance
Location: 2 Nielsen Avenue, East Bridgewater, MA
Mondays line dance class at the Commercial Club. Easy warm-ups at 6:00 pm, beginner lessons at 6:30 pm and more challenging dances at 7:30 pm. Just $5 for the first session (beginners), $10 if you stay for the whole night. For more details and dates he will be at this location, connect with Steve.

Tuesday

Brockton, MA, Easton, MA, Taunton, MA

Instructor: Steve Cavanaugh with L&S Dance
9:15-10:15 am: Line dancing at Brockton Council On Aging ($3).
11 am-noon: Line dancing at Easton Council On Aging ($3 or punch card).
5:30-8:30 pm: Line dancing at Portuguese-American Civic Club, Taunton, MA ($10)..

Wednesday

Middleboro, MA

Instructor: Steve Cavanaugh with L&S Dance
Location: Elks Lodge, 24 High St, Middleboro, MA
Future Middleboro dates: June 24, July 8, July 22, July 29.
Join Steve Cavanaugh for Wednesday night line dancing. Beginner lessons from 6-7 pm and mixed level social dancing from 7-10 pm. Thursday

Bridgewater, MA

Location: Emma’s Pub & Pizza, 140 Pleasant St,, Bridgewater, MA
Starting June 4, 2026 Steve Cavanaugh will be dancing on Thursdays at Emma’s Pub & Pizza from 6-9 pm. There’s a large outdoor patio at the pub with its own bar and we’ll be dancing outdoors (weather permitting) starting on June 4th! There will be NO COVER CHARGE for this dance, so you can spend your money on some of the great food and drink from Emma’s. For details, connect with Steve.
